We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs from the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KLEIBER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kleiber and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings.
